About the Role
In this role, you will focus on using your proven sales experience to ‘be a small part of our customer’s great day, not a big part of their bad day.' The role is primarily customer service and sales focussed however there is a need to roll your sleeves up and get the job done from time to time.
We're looking for someone with an established track record in customer service and sales - Someone who would be described as:
- Goal-oriented, with a real desire to achieve results
- Demonstrated ability in a structured sales setting
- Diplomatically assertive
- Sociable and an engaging personality
- Someone who appreciates policies & procedures, yet can think on their feet to create win/win outcomes for customers and the business
- Self-initiating and willing to take ownership
- Have an unrestricted Australian drivers license
- You'll also be able to work across various shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, as well as weekends and public holidays, as part of a rotational roster
