Assistant Manager – The Lucky Hotel

Can you run the hottest venue in Newcastle, lead with flair, and keep it fun while staying sharp? The Lucky Hotel is looking for an Assistant Manager ready to take the floor, own the vibe, and make Newcastle nights unforgettable — all while keeping it running like clockwork.

We need someone who thrives in the mix, and keeps the energy caffeinated but the operations tight

THE ROLE

Working directly with the Operations Manager, you’ll lead across every department and help shape the culture.

Ideas? Rewarded. Initiative? Applauded. Execution? Impeccable.

You’ll be the linchpin for:

- Smashing revenue targets with agility and strategy

- Keeping operations smooth, compliant, and organized

- Coaching, training, and building an unstoppable team

- Running marketing, security, maintenance, F&B;, events, gaming, cash management, and anything else that keeps the venue humming

This is hands-on leadership—you’ll be on the floor, solving problems, motivating the team, and balancing energy with order.

WHO YOU ARE

You’re bold, fearless, and thrive in controlled chaos. Hospitality is your playground. People are your passion. You know how to elevate standards while keeping things lively and structured.

Your toolkit includes:

- 1+ years as Duty Manager in large, multifaceted venues





- Strong operational F&B; background

- Compliance know-how

- Passion for building teams and being a robust, reliable leader
