About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Perth. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with clinical standards and organisational policies.
- Complete assessments, develop care plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and in line with relevant legislation.
- Monitor client health status and respond promptly to changes or clinical risks.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and external stakeholders.
- Uphold infection control, workplace health and safety, and quality improvement practices.
Qualifications, Skills, Attributes and Experience:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical nursing (aged care, disability, community, hospital, or similar settings).
- Strong assessment, care planning, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate, professional, and committed to delivering person-centred care.

Location: Perth, WA Employment Type: Full-time Salary Range: AUD 85,000 – 110,000 per annum
