The Cave Strength & Rehabilitation is a multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic specialising in evidence-based musculoskeletal rehabilitation, strength-based recovery and performance enhancement. We provide physiotherapy, rehabilitation and strength & conditioning services to a diverse client base ranging from acute injuries through to long-term rehabilitation and return-to-sport outcomes.
Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to assess, diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological and orthopaedic conditions. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality physiotherapy services while contributing to our strength-based rehabilitation model and assisting clients in achieving their health, rehabilitation and performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and clinical examinations.
- Develop clinical diagnoses and formulate evidence-based treatment plans.
- Deliver physiotherapy treatment including manual therapy techniques where clinically appropriate.
- Prescribe and progress individualised exercise rehabilitation programs.
- Provide patient education regarding injury management, recovery and self-management strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and documentation.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
- Liaise with general practitioners, specialists, insurers and other healthcare providers where necessary.
- Assist clients with return-to-work, return-to-sport and functional rehabilitation goals.
- Plan,
supervise and coach strength and conditioning or rehabilitation-based exercise sessions.
- Deliver group rehabilitation and strength training classes within the clinic environment.
- Contribute to clinic quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.
- Maintain compliance with AHPRA registration requirements, skilled standards and workplace policies.
Essential Criteria
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent recognised qualification.
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
- Demonstrated experience in musculoskeletal assessment and rehabilitation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.

- Experience in strength and conditioning environments.
- Interest in exercise-based rehabilitation and long-term patient outcomes.
About the Role
This position requires the delivery of physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation services together with the supervision and coaching of exercise-based rehabilitation programs. The role is suited to a clinician who enjoys combining hands-on physiotherapy with progressive strength and conditioning principles to achieve meaningful patient outcomes.
