As we continue to grow across Australia, New Zealand and the US, we're looking for a creative thinker to help shape the future of JGR & STN.

This isn't a content scheduling role. It's a creative management role.

The Role

You'll lead the creative direction of our social channels, developing concepts that go beyond day-to-day posting. From campaign launches and product drops to reactive content and founder storytelling, you'll generate ideas that grow our audience, strengthen our brand and keep JGR & STN culturally relevant.

You'll bring those ideas to life by planning, designing, filming, editing and publishing content across Instagram and TikTok, ensuring every piece reflects the JGR & STN aesthetic and brand standard.

You'll also own our creator partnerships, building relationships with local and international creators, managing collaborations end to end, and leading our JGR GRL initiative - from sourcing talent and coordinating travel to creating memorable content experiences at JGR HQ.

Working alongside Lucy, Nikki, our Creative Manager and wider marketing team, you'll contribute to campaign ideation, shoot concepts, launch planning and the ongoing evolution of the JGR & STN brand as we expand globally.

What You'll Bring

- Genuine creativity, constantly generating new ideas, concepts and ways to grow the brand.

- A strategic approach to social, not just a posting mindset.

- A robust eye for design, storytelling and visual direction.

- Deep fluency in Instagram, TikTok and emerging culture,



with the ability to translate trends into content that feels authentic to JGR & STN.

- Confidence planning, directing and producing content from concept through to execution.

- Experience creating high-quality short-form video content for social media.

- Experience working with creators and building meaningful partnerships.

- Previous experience in eCommerce, ideally within women's fashion or apparel.

- Experience with Canva or (Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, is a bonus)

- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

- A passion for fashion, creativity and social media.

- Experience designing and editing creative video and static content, with a strong eye for composition, branding and visual storytelling.

- Genuine excitement about shaping the creative direction of one of Australia's fastest-growing fashion brands.
