THE ROLES
Following significant growth in our Maintenance teams across the Perth Metro area, we are currently recruiting for additional Gardeners and Lead Gardeners to join the team.
As a Lead Gardener, you will have at least 3 years of experience and be able lead and mentor members of your team. Ideally you will have a trade certificate in Horticulture or a related field, and a current driver's license (preferably MR or HR).
As a Gardener,
you'll be completing a range of general landscape maintenance tasks including but not limited to:
- Turf maintenance (cylinder, rotary and ride-on mowing)
To be successful in either of these positions, you will be able to demonstrate:
- An ability to communicate effectively with your colleagues, sub-contractors and customers.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- You must be physically fit and willing to work within our health and safety guidelines.
