The Role

We’re looking for Boilermakers who can commit to shutdown work from 10 August to 18 August at a site in Dongara (just south of Geraldton).

We welcome applications from both Perth-based candidates and those local to the Dongara/Geraldton region.

- Accommodation provided

- Bus transport available from Perth to Dongara

- Site allowance paid

- Great opportunity for those available for the full shutdown period

As a Boilermaker, you'll play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality outcomes for our clients while upholding Ahrens' commitment to quality, teamwork, and excellence. Working across shutdown and maintenance projects, your responsibilities will include:

- Fabrication and pipe installation.

- Equipment repairs and maintenance.

- Reading and interpreting technical drawings.

- Shutdown maintenance activities.

- Delivering quality workmanship while maintaining a strong focus on safety.

What You'll Bring

- Previous mining, industrial or maintenance experience.

- Australian Recognized Trade Certificate.

- Construction White Card.

- Working at Heights (within 3 years).

- Confined Space (within 3 years).

- Current Australian Driver's Licence.

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screening.
