DXN Limited is a vertically integrated manufacturer and operator of modular data centres globally. We design, engineer, manufacture, and operate high-quality, prefabricated facilities for government and blue-chip enterprise customers - critical infrastructure for telecom, mining, defence, and subsea cable operators.

This is a demanding delivery role. You'll take projects from inception to handover, coordinating across design, manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and site teams, and you'll be the single point of accountability.

What you'll own

- End-to-end delivery of modular data centre projects - design, scope, schedule, budget, and handover

- The critical path: sequencing manufacturing, freight, site works, and commissioning for continuous progression

- Coordination across internal teams (design, production, engineering, procurement) and external contractors

- Risk and issue mitigation, supporting early recovery through finding solutions

- Client communication, progress reporting, and expectation management

- In office involvement, including key project milestones

- Safety, quality, and compliance standards across every project you touch





What you'll bring

✅ Commercial or industrial background with technical depth in electrical and data

✅ Proven ability to organise and prioritise in fast paced environments

✅ Cert III (mechanical, electrical, project management etc) or relevant higher additional studies

✅ A "find a way to contribute" attitude - you look for the gap and fill it rather than waiting to be told

✅ Willingness and capacity to travel at short notice - this is non-negotiable. You'll need a valid passport, permanent Australian visa and the personal flexibility to be on site, interstate or overseas, with minimal notice

Highly regarded, but not essential

- Air conditioning knowledge would be highly regarded

- ACMA cabler registration

- Electrical licence

- PMP or PRINCE2 - apply anyway if you don't have it

- NetSuite experience (or at minimum, a solid working understanding of Simpro)
