About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities and oversee subcontractor performance across major infrastructure projects based in Kwinana WA. You will champion a strong safety culture, lead the construction supervision team, and work collaboratively with subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor site supervisors and project engineers.

- Drive a proactive Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) culture across all site activities.

- Monitor and support subcontractors to ensure compliance with project HSE, QA/QC and contractual requirements.

- Conduct site inspections, safety walks, audits and quality reviews.





- Coordinate daily and weekly site meetings, managing interfaces with operations and multiple contractors.

- Track progress against project schedules and validate completed works.

- Foster positive subcontractor relationships, delivering practical, win-win outcomes.

- Support efficient planning, scheduling and resource utilisation across the project.

About You

- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Construction/Subcontractor Superintendent across civil, mechanical or multi-disciplinary projects.

- Demonstrated leadership, coaching and team development capability.

- Strong commitment to safety, quality and environmental compliance.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Desirable Experience

- Water, wastewater, mining, oil & gas or industrial processing facilities.

- Brownfield construction and SIMOPS (simultaneous operations) environments.

- Complex contractor management and multidisciplinary project delivery.
