About the roleWe're adding one more seat to our trades recruitment desk and it's not a cold start. You'll inherit an existing warm desk that was previously one of our highest-billing desks, with a real client base already in place and briefs coming in from day one. This is a fully remote, commission-only role with no cap on what you can earn. No corporate ladder, no micromanagement just placements, relationships, and a paycheck that reflects your effort.
You don't need a recruitment background to succeed here. If you're driven, coachable, and genuinely valuable with people, we'll teach you the rest.
