Gilmac is Australia's leading hay exporter, responsible for one quarter of all Australian hay exports, with major markets in Asia. Testament to our rapidly growing business, we have 6 Hay Processing plants across 3 states. Casual seasonal positions are available for weighbridge clerks, sample prep and crop inspectors at our York processing plant.

Principle responsibilities include:

- Oversee the physical and administrative receival and dispatch of hay from site, conducts weighbridge receivals & dispatch, moisture checking of bales and storage/scheduling.

- Conduct hay crop inspections.

- Prepare and dispatch quality assurance samples.

- Ensuring self and others comply with Gilmac values of safety, quality and OHS policies and procedures.

Successful applicants will:

- Have Microsoft Office experience.

- Be able to pass a pre-employment medical including a drug screen.

- Have adaptable availability during harvest.
