TAFE NSW Life-Changing CareersTAFE Services CoordinatorPort Macquarie CampusTemporary Full Time until 2nd August 2027Total Remuneration Package $110,972 – $119,506 salary package - includes base salary ($97,771 - $105,290), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
The Student & Campus Services faculty is also establishing a TAFE Services Coordinator Talent Pool to fill temporary and ongoing vacancies across the Mid North Coast region over the next 18 months.

About the roleThe TAFE Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating campus operations, building community engagement, and delivering exceptional customer service to learners which enables a safe, vibrant campus workplace.
The role will involve some local travel.This diverse role is based on campus and in the local community.
About you You enjoy applying your high level of customer service and can-do attitude and are motivated and engaged to coordinate and facilitate on-the-ground services. You have demonstrated experience in establishing relationships and networking with a range of stakeholders and can build good rapport with your colleagues, customers and community. You are organised, proactive and enjoy finding solutions to support the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy campus. You have strong communication and negotiation skills and can manage competing priorities. Working independently, you are a self-starter and results-driven team member who can problem solve whilst managing competing priorities.
Essential RequirementsTo be considered for this role you need to meet the following essential requirements:A valid Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement).Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.Demonstrated success in building rapport with a wide range of people and in monitoring and delivering services which meet customer requirements.Ability to work flexible shifts including evening to align with TAFE operating hours.
