We are seeking a permanent, full time Manufacturing Team Leader to oversee our rainwater harvesting tank production. In this role, you will drive manufacturing efficiency while meeting all safety and production targets within the Packing Team.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, your key responsibilities include:

- Drive daily production targets by optimising line balancing, ensuring products are completed efficiently to achieve on time delivery
- Drive team performance to consistently meet and exceed production targets
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and consumables to ensure continuous, uninterupted production
- Build a high performing, versatile workforce by ensuring team members are proficient in all areas of operation
- Manufacture components using standard work instructions (WI100 series)
- Report all quality discrepancies immediately to the Manufacturing Manager
- Execute daily tasks by accurately following and completing all production job cars in strict compliance with the site's QMS
- Deliver technical manufacturing support within your capability, seeking advice from the Manufacturing Manager
- Champion a safety-first culture by ensuring your direct team and the wider factory floor consistently comply with Work Health & Safety Procedures.

To be successful you will have:

- 4 years + experience gained in manufacturing or a similar industry
- The ability to demonstrate sound judgement and maintain a calm, focused approach during high pressure situations
- Strong relationship building skills and the ability to actively collaborate with cross-functional teams internally




- The ability to exercise forward thinking judgement to align daily operations with business objectives
- Proven ability to manage competing demands and deliver high quality results under tight deadlines
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving workplace
- Strong understanding of HSEQ obligations
