Farlow Concrete Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Concreters to join our team in Coffs Harbour & Grafton NSW. As a Concreter, you will play a vital role in the construction and renovation of residential and commercial buildings. This is a full-time position, offering competitive remuneration and the opportunity to work with a leading provider of concrete services in the local area.
What you'll be doing
1. Pouring and finishing concrete for a variety of projects
2. Operating Trowel machines, vibrators and other equipment to ensure proper concrete placement and compaction
3. Reading and interpreting plans and specifications to ensure accurate concrete work
4. Performing quality checks and monitoring the curing process
5. Maintaining a clean and safe work setting
6. Collaborating with other tradespeople to ensure the successful completion of projects
What we're looking for
1. Proven experience as a Concreter, with a minimum of 2-3 years' industry experience
2. Proficiency in operating concrete equipment
3. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
5.
Good physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks
6. Effective communication and problem-solving skills
7. Current construction industry tickets and licenses (e.g. EWP, White card)
