This role is for an Industrial Spray Painter with Lindores Construction Logistics in Burleigh Heads, QLD.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare steel components and tower crane sections for painting

- Perform surface preparation including:

- Sanding

- Filling

- Masking

- Apply paints and protective coatings using spray equipment and other methods

- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met

- Maintain a safe, clean work area and equipment

- Use basic hand and power tools

- Follow site safety requirements and company procedures

- Work both independently and as part of a team

Essential Requirements

- Construction White Card

- Reliable and strong work ethic

- Good attention to detail

- Physically fit





- Reliable transport to work/site

- Legal right to work in Australia

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

- Forklift licence/ticket

- Previous site or construction experience

- Industrial spray-painting experience
