Currently seeking candidates with shifts available most weekdays (Monday, Tuesday and Friday preferred)

We are seeking persons who can commit to some regular ongoing days.

Simple repetitive tasks, with full training shown onsite, and the ability to work quickly and accurately.

Adult $32 per hour, casual/part-time.

An average of 2-3 days' work per week (7am to 5pm).

MUST be able to pass a police clearance check and own transport.

Safety boots and a fluorescent vest are a requirement, as this is in a warehouse setting. Preference will be given to those living geographically closer to Welshpool.

Key Responsibilities

Applicants must hold full, unrestricted work rights in Australia with no time restrictions.

Scanning & Sorting: Scan incoming and outgoing package barcodes using handheld or fixed scanners to log tracking data. Sort items into correct bins, cages, or pallets based on computer prompts.

Manual Handling: Lifting parcels of varying sizes and weights.

Quality Control: Check parcels for damage, correct address labels, and readable barcodes, routing exception items to the correct area.

Safety Compliance: Follow strict warehouse safety guidelines,



wear mandatory personal protective equipment (such as steel-cap boots and high-vis vests), and maintain a clean work zone.

Requirements & Skills

- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for long shifts, walk continuously, bend, twist, and lift moderate to heavy weights repetitively.

- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in reading destination codes and matching barcodes to ensure items go to the right location.

- Experience: N/A.

- Reliability: Punctual and flexible with shift work, which frequently includes early mornings (7AM), long days (5PM), or peak seasonal hours.

A group interview will be conducted soon, and you will be informed of the location if you are selected to participate.

1. The role is a manual handling job requiring a FAST PACE of work.

2. Ideally have 2-3 days of availability per week (availability must be Monday, Tuesday, and Friday; we are looking for people only available on these three days).

3. Welshpool Location—ideally within a 20-minute drive.

4. Be fit and able to work on their feet for the entire shift.

5. Able to pass an ABF Police Check—Mandatory.
