As part of our growing national lending team, you'll work closely with Financial Advisers to deliver exceptional lending outcomes and help clients achieve their broader financial goals.

The Role
As a Mortgage Broker with PictureWealth Lending, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Financial Advisers across the PictureWealth group.
- Proactively engage with advisers to identify lending opportunities and grow your referral network.
- Manage client referrals and enquiries.
- Deliver tailored lending solutions aligned to each client's broader financial strategy.
- Guide clients through the entire lending journey, from initial strategy through to settlement.
- Work closely with Financial Advisers, Broker Support and Client Experience teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Maintain compliance while upholding the highest professional and ethical standards.
About You
You're passionate about helping clients and enjoy building long-term relationships with both clients and referral partners.
You'll bring:
- Experience in mortgage broking or residential lending (bank or non-bank).
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to build trusted relationships with Financial Advisers.
- A client-first mindset with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding outcomes.
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking (preferred but not essential).
