Our Regional Freight group is currently seeking the services of a PM Shift Forklift Operator, to be located at our Hazelmere Depot.
We are looking for someone who has forklift experience, preferably within the transport industry, and ideally experienced in loading large trucks with general, and ugly freight.
Typical duties include the loading and unloading of trucks, semis and larger vehicles. Scanning and stickering freight and working in a large team to ‘get the job done’.
Requirements:
- Car License is essential as reliability and punctually are a must.
- LF forklift licence essential
- Understand CoR requirements – load restraint, mass management etc
- Must be physically fit and eager to learn
- Motivated with enthusiasm to contribute in a team environment
- Be able to work from 1pm until the job is done, with overtime pay applicable.
This is a full time position (Monday to Friday), with an attractive hourly rate and a great team environment.
