We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Excavator Operator to join our team in Townsville. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operator who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a reliable and supportive crew.
About the Role:
- Operate excavators safely and efficiently across various projects
- Conduct daily pre-start checks and routine maintenance
- Assist with general labouring duties as required
- Work collaboratively with site supervisors and other team members
- Ensure all tasks are carried out in line with WHS policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience operating excavators
- Current tickets and licences
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Ability to work day and night shifts
- Solid commitment to safety and teamwork
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated attitude
Security Requirements
As the works will be carried out within a secure airport environment,
successful applicants will be required to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC). Applicants must be able to pass the required background and criminal history checks including pre-employment medical test as part of the ASIC application process.
