We're a leading provider of insurance building and contents restoration services in Australia, and we're looking for a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on role covering a wide range of restoration work — from fire and flood damage to mould remediation.
Whether you're an experienced technician looking for a new challenge, or you're keen to break into a growing trade and learn the right way from day one, we'd love to hear from you. Contents and builders' cleans are also available for the right candidate across various jobs.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out restoration work on both building structures and contents, including cleaning, decontamination and deconstruction
- Using specialised equipment and techniques to restore damaged properties to pre-loss condition
- Delivering all work to a high standard, in line with relevant regulations and industry best practice
- Liaising with clients, insurance providers and other stakeholders to ensure a great customer experience
- Keeping accurate records and documentation throughout each project
- Following all health and safety policies to protect yourself and those around you
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Restoration Technician or in a similar trades/construction role — or a willingness to learn the trade properly
- A clean, presentable manner
- Strong practical skills and confidence using a range of tools and equipment
- A valuable eye for detail and pride in delivering quality work
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transport
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
