Due to business growth, Geelong Property Managers is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our dedicated, property-management-only team. About the Role
As a GPM Property Agent, you are responsible for managing a capped portfolio end-to-end. You have full control of your own portfolio and are in charge of all leases, advertising, lease renewals, rent increases, maintenance, routine inspections, open for inspections, we do it all.
It’s hard work, but the result is a better experience for everyone - our clients, our renters and our people.

Key Requirements

1. Experience Requirements

- 2+ years’ experience for most standalone Property Manager roles

2. Mandatory Licences and Certifications

- Agent’s Representative Certificate (VIC) or equivalent

- Current driver’s licence

- Reliable car
