About the role
Reporting to Centre Manager Gippsland, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based clinical services across the Traralgon Centre, with clinical oversight of the Ross Street Bairnsdale site and outreach programs. The role provides leadership and support to clinical staff, oversees service delivery and program coordination, maintains a small counselling caseload and contributes to stakeholder engagement, service reporting, and continuous improvement to ensure positive client outcomes.
This role is located at Traralgon and is part-time permanent (0.8EFT) working four (4) days per week with Tuesday evening shift. The base salary range is $130,937 - $134,628 (pro-rata) per annum.
About you
- Degree-qualified and eligible for clinical membership with a relevant professional body (e.g. AASW, PACFA, APS, ACA, AAFT or AHPRA), with demonstrated experience delivering evidence-based counselling and clinical interventions.
- Proven leadership experience providing day-to-day operational support, clinical supervision, and constructive coaching to multidisciplinary clinical teams.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment and management, including MARAM and suicide risk, with a commitment to delivering secure, high-quality, client-centred services.
- Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience coordinating services, driving continuous improvement, and working effectively with diverse communities.
