We are looking for a mature (Over 30 years) dedicated support worker SOR (Armadale area) to provide supports to a client that lives in Armadale . Participant is a 61 years old male and lives on his own.

Job Description:- In-home care supports & Community Participation-Support participants to attend booked appointments. Shifts days: Adaptable. Once / week. Support worker to commence as soon as possible.

- Support with household duties such as cooking, cleaning & laundry.
- Meal preparations.

Essential Criteria

- Experience in disabilities supports and Mental Health
- Experience in providing services to clients living in the community with varying individual support needs
- Excellent communication skills
- NDIS Worker Screening Check




- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- National Police Clearance
