About the role

We’re looking for motivated, people-focused professionals to join our growing Perth field collections team. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to understand their financial situations, have meaningful conversations about outstanding debt, and help them set up realistic, manageable repayment plans.

This is not your typical desk job – you’ll be out meeting clients, building rapport, and delivering outcomes that work for everyone involved.

What you'll be doing

- Engaging with customers face to face and over the phone to set up sustainable repayment plans.

- Building a rapport with a wide range of customers – even in tough conversations.

- Monitoring repayment plans and following up when payments stop or default.

- Travelling to meet customers across Australia.

- Making sure all the records and systems are kept in line with our Code of Conduct.

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone who is:

- Exceptional people skills – you can build rapport with anyone.





- Confidence handling sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy.

- Solid negotiation and problem-solving ability.

- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.

- Sales, collections, customer service or field-based experience is a bonus

- Available to work around 47 hours per week, so flexibility and reliability are key.

- Available to travel nationally one week per month.

Requirements

- Full, clean Australian driver's licence.

- Clean criminal history.

- Must be proficient with email and mobile applications as part of basic technology requirements.

- Australian citizenship or permanent residency required for this position.
