Quack Pest Control is seeking a motivated Scheduler / Customer Service Officer to join our growing team.

This role is available full-time or part-time (3, 4 or 5 days per week) for the right applicant.

About the Role

As our Scheduler / Customer Service Officer, you’ll be an significant part of our team, helping keep our technicians organised and ensuring our customers receive excellent service.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Scheduling technicians and coordinating jobs through ServiceM8

2. Keeping the daily schedule running smoothly and ensuring bookings are accurate through strong attention to detail

3. Answering customer enquiries via phone, email and in person

4. Providing clear information about our services

5. Responding to urgent customer requests and resolving scheduling issues as they arise

6.



Ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced environment

7. Supporting the Team Leader and Team Coordinator with day-to-day administration

What We’re Looking For

1. Friendly and professional communication skills

2. Strong organisation and attention to detail

3. Ability to multitask in a busy environment

4. Problem-solving skills

5. Positive team attitude

Experience

1. Administration and customer service experience essential

2. Scheduling experience highly desirable

3. ServiceM8 experience highly desirable (training provided for the right person)
