With continued growth across WA, we are seeking a Senior Recruitment Advisor to join our growing team based in our Subiaco office, playing a key role in building strong, reliable workforces across the group.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a hands-on, fast-paced recruitment role with a strong blue-collar focus,
supporting high-volume operational hiring while also assisting with select white-collar and support roles across the business.
Working closely with the Recruitment Lead, Operations Mangers, HR and key site leaders, you will own the recruitment lifecycle end-to-end, offering support the Recruitment Advise the ensuring our crews are job-ready and set up for success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- End-to-end recruitment across multiple group entities
- High-volume recruitment for roles including:
- Drillers & Offsiders
- Civil Operators & MC Drivers
- Trades, Trades Assistants & Utilities
- Recruitment of selected corporate and support roles (Admin, HSE, Operations Support, Site Supervisors)
- Job advertising across Seek, LinkedIn and other platforms
- Screening, phone interviews, coordination of interviews and offers
- Onboarding new hires, including medicals, pre-employment compliance checks and reference verification
- Building and maintaining talent pools for future workforce demand
- Supporting workforce planning and mobilisation readiness
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records, contracts and employee details
- Liaising with labour hire suppliers as required
ABOUT YOU
- Previous recruitment experience, ideally within resources, mining, drilling or civil services
- Minimum 3-5 years of recruitment experience required
- Strong exposure to high-volume blue-collar
- Experince recruiting white collar roles
- Confident partnering with Operations and hiring managers
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with a people-first approach
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Full working rights in Australia
- Ability to obtain a current National Police Clearance
