What you’ll do

- Execute visual direction in store, translating trends into strong, commercial displays

- Monitor product flow and maintain high visual standards across all areas

- Analyse sales and customer behaviour to promote the right product

- Support and align the team on visual priorities and daily actions

- Work across the shop floor, fitting room and cashier when needed

What we’re looking for

- Experience in visual merchandising or a strong eye for styling and product

- Experience supporting or leading a team in a retail environment

- A clear interest in fashion, trends and customer behaviour

- Ability to read the store, make decisions and adapt quickly

- A collaborative mindset with confidence to guide and influence others





- Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Availability to work a mix of weekdays and weekends (38 hours per week)
