Your Role

- Working in our front reception you will support our team to deliver exceptional customer service. This is a high paced role, supporting a team of 25 clinical staff.

- This role is suitable for candidates wanting full time work. You will work 7.5 hours day with shifts alternating between 8am to 4pm and 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

- Providing high quality customer service for our clients over the phone and via email.

- Booking client appointments and managing Physiotherapists schedules for both in clinic and our home visit team.





- Complete invoicing and collect payments for appointments.

- Complete account reconciliation within Xero.

- Assist with social media and marketing campaigns.

- Assist the Practice Manager with business administration and compliance tasks.

Criteria

- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.

- Experience using medical practice management systems, such as Splose, Best Practice, Cliniko and Medipass.

- Experience with Medicare and NDIS billing

- Prior experience in managing appointment books and invoicing of clients,

- A proven history or working with XERO accounting software. Experience with booking keeping duties highly desirable.

- Previous experience working as a medical or audio typist would be desirable.

- Proven history of leading a team in the workplace.
