Join Our Team – Customer Service Team Member (Casual)

The Station Grocer – Wollongbar (246-250 Lismore Rd)

We're looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused team member to join our Wollongbar store.

Position Details

- Casual position
- 2–3 shifts per week, includes weekends
- Closing shifts: 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm
- $36.85/hour weekdays (aged 20+)
- $48.07/hour weekends (aged 20+)
- Solo shift after 6pm

Please note: Applicants must be 18 years or older, as this role involves working independently after 6pm.

About You

- Has experience in a customer service role
- Is confident operating a register and reconciling tills
- Communicates well with customers and teammates
- Has good basic maths skills
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Is reliable and available to work evenings and weekends

What You'll Be Doing

- Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude
- Process sales of fuel, food, drinks and convenience items
- Complete end-of-day closing procedures and till reconciliation




- Keep the store and forecourt clean, tidy and well-stocked
- Rotate stock and help maintain high store standards
