About the Role

Join our Service & Repairs team in Forrestfield, working a consistent 8:6 roster. You’ll be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of road transport trailers—keeping our fleet safe, reliable, and ready for the road.

What You’ll Do

- Carry out servicing, preventative maintenance, and safety checks on trailers.
- Diagnose and repair faults across braking, suspension, lighting, and structural systems.
- Replace or repair components such as axles, hubs, tyres, and panels.
- Perform welding, fabrication, and body repairs as required.




- Record maintenance activities accurately and communicate repair needs with the team.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised workspace.

About You

- 2–3 years’ experience servicing and repairing trailers or heavy vehicles.
- Current driver’s licence (HR class preferred).
- Solid understanding of trailer systems and safety compliance.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.

Desirable:

- Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or similar).
- Welding/fabrication skills.
- Forklift licence.
- Air brake system accreditation or related certification.
