The role and key duties

- Service guest rooms and complete room cleans to Ardour brand standards





- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of restaurants, spa facilities, public areas, and back-of-house spaces

- Replenish guest amenities and housekeeping supplies

- Report maintenance issues and lost property promptly

- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure an exceptional guest experience

Essential criteria required to be considered

- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience, preferably within hospitality

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards

- A positive attitude and robust work ethic

- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Physical fitness to perform housekeeping duties
