Good maintenance plumbers don’t need babysitting. They need backing.
$55–$70/hr + Bonuses
Every plumbing job ad seems to promise the world.
“Great culture.”
“Endless opportunities.”
“Work-life balance.”
“Best team ever.”
Then you start and realise the van is half-stocked, the schedule is chaos, no one answers the phone, and somehow every problem becomes yours.
That’s not what we’re offering.
We’re offering something much more useful: stable work, proper support, clear communication, ongoing training, and a team that values good tradespeople.
If you’re a reliable maintenance plumber who can turn up, think for yourself, solve problems, treat customers properly, and get the job done right, you’ll fit in well here.
You won’t be micromanaged.
You won’t be left to carry the chaos.
You’ll be trusted to do quality work and backed when you need it.
If you want a stable role where you’re respected, supported, and appreciated for doing the job properly, keep reading.
What’s in it for you?
We’re not going to pretend this job comes with a gold-plated ute and six months off a year.
What we can offer is:

- Ongoing training and upskilling opportunities
- Support from the office and leadership team

The goal is simple: Give good plumbers the workplace to do good work without the daily circus.
About the Role
This is a residential and light commercial maintenance plumbing role.
You’ll be attending customer sites, diagnosing issues, explaining the work clearly, and completing repairs and installations to a high standard.

systems to work with, and training to help you keep improving.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your work will include:
- General maintenance plumbing across residential and light commercial sites
- Tap, toilet, fixture, and pipework repairs
- Hot water repairs and replacements
- Blocked drains, leaks, and fault finding
- Small installations and minor plumbing works
- Explaining options clearly to customers
- Completing job notes, photos, and paperwork properly
- Keeping your van clean, stocked, and organised
Who We’re Looking For

- Holds a current driver’s licence
- Can work independently without being chased
- Takes pride in clean, tidy workmanship
- Communicates well with customers and the team
- Turns up when they say they will
- Doesn’t cut corners
- Wants a stable, long-term role where they can keep improving
You don’t need to be perfect.
But you do need to care about doing the job properly, looking after customers, and being someone the team can rely on.
Why Join Us?
Because good plumbers shouldn’t have to choose between being paid fairly and being treated properly.
We’re not trying to sell you some fantasy version of the job. Maintenance plumbing is real work. Some days are busy. Some jobs are messy. Some customers need patience.
But what we can promise is that you’ll be backed, trained, respected, and given the tools to do your job properly.
We’re not looking for cowboys, passengers, or know-it-alls.
We’re looking for a solid maintenance plumber who wants stability, support, and a team that values what they bring to the table.

Apply now with your resume.
No long cover letter needed.
Just tell us:
- Your plumbing experience
- The type of maintenance work you’re confident with
- When you’d be available to start
If you’re a reliable maintenance plumber who wants steady work, proper support, ongoing training, and a team that actually backs you, we’d like to hear from you.
