As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our Perth metro project teams across a diverse portfolio of civil and electrical infrastructure works.

The Role
You will oversee the safe and efficient delivery of multiple electrical infrastructure projects across the Perth metropolitan area. This is a permanent full time position working Monday to Friday, generally 10-hour days, with overtime available where project requirements dictate.
Current works include civil and infrastructure electrical projects involving:
- Pit and pipe installations
- Underground cable laying
- Cable hauling and pulling
- Conduit installation
- Civil electrical works
- Infrastructure upgrades
- Electrical installations and terminations
- Testing and commissioning
- Working collaboratively with civil construction crews
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise electrical crews across multiple project sites
- Plan, coordinate and monitor daily work activities
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
- Maintain compliance with HSEQ requirements and company procedures
- Mentor, coach and develop electricians and apprentices
- Coordinate labour, materials, plant and subcontractors
- Liaise with clients, project managers and internal stakeholders
- Conduct pre-starts,
toolbox meetings and site inspections
- Complete project reporting, documentation and progress updates
- Foster a positive team culture focused on safety, quality and continuous improvement

About You
You are an experienced supervisor who enjoys leading teams, solving problems and delivering successful projects safely and efficiently.
Essential Requirements
- Current WA A Grade Electrical Licence
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Current LVR/CPR
- White Card
- Previous experience supervising electrical construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Ability to read plans and coordinate project delivery
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screening
