UZIT Kitchens and Robes is seeking an experienced Joinery & Trades Supervisor to join our team in Adelaide, SA. This is a full-time position based at our Adelaide SA 5000 location. In this supervisory role, you will oversee our joinery installation from start to finish on site. This will be to ensuring exceptional quality standards whilst maintaining safe and productive workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of in house cabinet makers, providing clear direction, training and ongoing support
- Oversea installations from our subcontractors being: electricians, plumbers and carpenters
- Ensure all joinery work meets company quality standards and customer specifications
- Reporting back to the office on status updates on each job
- Coordinate with installation teams and customers to resolve any issues or special requirements
- Complete check measures for new works ensuring accuracy in design intent
- Liase with customers on site to ensure a smooth flow of work and resolving any issues that may arise

- Proven experience working as a supervisor or leading role within the cabinet-making industry
- Competency in reading and interpreting plans
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and quality standards
