The Role

You'll play an important role across every stage of the sales process while building relationships, creating opportunities and supporting successful property campaigns.

Your day could include:

- Prospecting and connecting with local homeowners

- Building and nurturing your client database

- Identifying appraisal and listing opportunities

- Supporting agents with property listings and marketing campaigns

- Preparing authorities, contracts and sales documentation

- Coordinating photography, floorplans, styling and online advertising

- Managing buyer and vendor communication throughout the sales process

- Assisting with open homes, inspections and auctions

- Maintaining accurate records within REX CRM

- Delivering exceptional customer service from listing through to settlement

This is a proactive, hands-on role. You won't be waiting for opportunities, you'll be learning how to create them while building the habits and skills that form the foundation of a successful real estate career.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills

- Committed to building a long-term career in real estate

Previous real estate experience is advantageous but not essential. More important is your attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.

A Victorian Agent's Representative qualification (or willingness to obtain one), a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle are required.
