DEPUTY PRINCIPAL - TEACHING & LEARNING (YEARS 7 - 12)

As Deputy Principal – Teaching & Learning, you'll join our Senior Leadership Team to lead teaching and learning across Years 7–12. You'll work alongside staff and leaders to strengthen instructional practice, build the capability of teachers and middle leaders, and ensure every student experiences engaging, challenging and high-quality learning.

Duties
•Lead teaching and learning across Years 7–12.
•Drive excellence in curriculum, assessment and academic pathways.
•Build the capability of teachers and middle leaders through coaching and skilled learning.
•Use evidence and data to improve student achievement and engagement.
•Lead innovation in teaching and learning while ensuring curriculum, WACE and SCSA compliance.
•Foster a culture of high expectations, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience

•Demonstrated success leading teaching and learning improvement.
•Expertise in curriculum, assessment and WACE.
•Outstanding instructional leadership and coaching skills.

Qualifications Required
•Relevant tertiary qualifications in Education
•Postgraduate qualifications in leadership or a related field (desirable)
•Accreditation to Lead in a Catholic school (or making progress towards)
•Current registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia (TRBWA)
•Current Working with Children Check
