We’re growing and we’re looking for apprentices who want a career, not just a job.

Masons is one of Victoria’s fastest-growing mechanical services companies, specialising in residential and commercial heating, cooling, ventilation, hot water and plumbing solutions.

We’re currently seeking 1st, 2nd and 3rd Year Plumbing Apprentices, with mature-age applicants encouraged to apply. A plumbing pre-apprenticeship is highly regarded but not essential.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll receive hands-on training across a wide range of work including:

- Domestic ducted heating and cooling installations
- Split system and multi-head air conditioning installations
- Heat pump and hot water system installations
- Government rebate upgrade projects
- Commercial HVAC installation and maintenance
- Mechanical services pipework
- Ventilation systems
- General plumbing associated with HVAC installations

No two days are the same, and you’ll be learning from experienced tradespeople who take pride in doing the job properly.

This job isn’t for everyone.

This is physically demanding work. You’ll be lifting equipment, working in roof spaces, crawling under floors, climbing ladders,



working outdoors in all weather and spending long days on your feet.

- Plumbing pre-apprenticeship.
