As a Lead Interaction Designer (UX / UI), you will:

- Lead and work collaboratively on user research activities and developing design solutions.




- Ability to understand the Department’s Policy setting and apply to project outcomes, digital solutions and the desired user experience.
- Provide expert and timely advice to ensure high design standards and provide design guidance and solutions throughout the project lifecycle to support the Departments user needs.
- Model, simulate or prototype the behaviour of proposed software to enable approval by stakeholders and effective construction of software.
- Plan and drive user experience design activities, and determine the approaches to be used for user experience analysis.
- Ensuring solutions that you produce comply with WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines and Digital Transformation Agency recommendations.
