About The Opportunity

A fantastic chance has become available for an enthusiastic and motivated Retail Team Member to join our team at our Mitre 10 Keith store.

This is a permanent Part Time position with up to 37.5 hours per week, rostered between Monday and Sunday. Saturday hours are 8:30am – 12pm, and Sunday hours are 9am – 12pm.

What You Will Be Doing

Providing excellent customer service, helping them with their orders, and providing them with fast, efficient servicePutting away stock, mainly hardware productsSupporting with admin tasks as requiredPhysical work with some heavy lifting requiredStock and store merchandisingEnsuring the health and safety of all fellow staff, customers and contractors within their department

What You Will Bring

Demonstrated strong customer focus and ability to work in a team environmentBackground in hardware and retail an advantage but not essentialKnowledge of, or the ability to learn safety systems highly regardedAbility to assist in the leading of a small team when requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAn eye for detail and a sense of urgencyAbility to be available to work across a 7 day rotating rosterMust have a driver’s licence. Forklift Licence highly advantageous
