About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Early Childhood Educators who want to make a real difference. In this role, you will:

- Lead and inspire educational practice across the service

- Mentor and collaborate with educators of varying experience levels

- Foster solid connections with families and the wider community

- Partner with service leaders and the leadership team to achieve excellence, continuous improvement, and alignment with regulatory standards

This is a role for someone who values teamwork, professional growth, and the chance to influence high-quality outcomes for children.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

- A recognised qualification in Early Childhood (ECT, Diploma, or Certificate III)

- A genuine passion for early years education

- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and sector regulations

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and support colleagues

- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)





- A collaborative approach to working with a diverse team

- Commitment to ongoing learning and career development

- Valid Australian work rights and legal authorisation to work in Australia

Don't have a qualification but want to join our amazing team, we offer Certificate III traineeships for the right candidates. Open to enthusiastic individuals. No prior qualification needed. On the job training provided by a very supportive team. Earn while you learn and gain a qualification!
