We're looking for an mid-level electrical engineer to join our team in Victoria, based in either Geelong or Mildura. This role is ideal for someone who has moved beyond graduate-level work but is still building toward senior responsibilities. Our hands on engineers are at the forefront of exciting projects that deliver measurable environmental and social advantages.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
• Assist in the planning, design, development, and execution of engineering projects.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to deliver quality outcomes.
• Apply technical knowledge to solve practical problems.
• Contribute to documentation, compliance, and reporting requirements.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Electrical engineer with 4+ years experience
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Comfortable with AI and technology; picks up new systems quickly
• Positive attitude and willingness to get involved across a busy team
• Must hold full Australian work rights
