PERSOL brings together the legacy and experience of four organisations that shaped the staffing landscape over the past century: Kelly Services, who pioneered the modern temporary help industry in 1946; SKILLED, who crafted the staffing industry in Australia in 1964; Programmed, the leading provider of operations and maintenance services across Australia and Current Zealand; and PERSOL, the largest workforce solutions provider in APAC.PERSOL is partnering with one of Canberra's leading integrated property enterprises, to recruit an experienced Senior IT Support Officer for its Braddon office.Reporting to the Head of Technology, you will help manage the day-to-day administration, support and reliability of the organisation's IT systems and enterprise applications.Key responsibilities include:Administering Microsoft 365, user accounts, permissions, licensing and securityProviding technical support across corporate, construction and hospitality environmentsManaging endpoint provisioning, imaging, patching and mobile device managementSupporting identity and access management, including starters, movers and leaversManaging incidents and service requests through the IT ticketing systemSupporting network, telephony, printing and site technology environmentsAssisting with IT fit-outs and technology refreshes across construction sites and hotel propertiesMaintaining IT assets, licences, warranties and procurement recordsSupporting backup,



disaster recovery and cybersecurity activitiesWhat we're looking for:Approximately 3-5 years of hands-on IT support or systems administration experienceStrong Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint management experienceExperience supporting users across multiple locationsExcellent communication skills and confidence working with executives, office-based employees, construction workers and hospitality teamsA strong customer-service mindset and structured troubleshooting approachThe ability to manage competing incidents, requests and small projectsExperience in the private sector or within a diverse, multi-site business environment would be highly regarded.
