Job Description

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of highly skilled aviation technicians supporting the MQ‑4C Triton program.

Deliver critical defence capability safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor and develop a team of aviation maintenance personnel.
- Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure aircraft availability and operational readiness.
- Supervise and certify maintenance actions.
- Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting expertise.
- Drive safety, quality and continuous improvement initiatives.




- Support maintenance planning and resource management.
- Foster a strong compliance, safety and teamwork culture.

Qualifications & Requirements

- CertIV Aviation Trade or equivalent.
- Holding an AGSVANV1 security clearance with the ability to obtain a PV.
- Demonstrated leadership capability.
- Experience leading teams and managing priorities in a fast‑paced operational environment.
- A safety‑first mindset.
- Must satisfy police checks and employment screening verification.
- International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) are applicable; your nationality may be a factor in determining suitability.
