Live Big is a specialist allied health provider supporting people with disability through therapy and assessment services delivered at home, in the community and via telehealth.

We're currently looking for an experienced Psychology Team Leader to lead, coach and develop a growing team of psychologists. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations , you'll play a key role in clinical leadership, team development, workforce growth and service excellence.

What You'll Do:

- Lead, mentor and develop a team of provisional and registered psychologists
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance conversations and professional development planning
- Support clinician onboarding, engagement, retention and career growth
- Provide clinical supervision, report reviews and practice guidance
- Drive clinical quality, service delivery outcomes and team performance
- Manage a reduced clinical caseload while maintaining strong clinical practice
- Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture

What You Bring:

- General AHPRA registration as a Psychologist
- Ideally 5+ years' post-registration clinical experience
- Experience supporting, mentoring or supervising clinicians
- Previous people leadership, team leadership or reporting management experience highly regarded
- Passion for developing others and creating high-performing teams
- Strong NDIS and disability sector knowledge
- Experience balancing clinical excellence with operational outcomes
- Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills
- Driver's licence, NDIS Worker Check, WWCC and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
