About the Role

This is not a standard retail merchandising role.

This is a hands-on, field-based position where you’ll manage multiple locations across Perth—keeping machines stocked, well presented, and working properly day-to-day.

You’ll spend most of your time on the road working independently across multiple locations, using retail experience & attention to detail to keep things looking great, and basic tools & practical problem-solving to keep things running smoothly.

If you’re someone who prefers purely visual merchandising or customer-facing retail, this role won’t be the right fit.

If you like staying active, fixing problems when they happen, and managing your own day—this is a strong fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Travelling between sites in a company van across Perth

- Restocking machines and maintaining strong retail presentation standards

- Troubleshooting faults and applying practical fixes using basic tools (training provided, but hands-on confidence is essential)

- Keeping clear digital records of servicing, stock, and issues

- Communicating with the operations team throughout the day

- Supporting light warehouse tasks as required

Ideal background (not essential):

- Field merchandising, retail operations, field service, logistics, or hands-on roles

- Any experience where you’ve fixed, maintained, or troubleshot equipment

You don’t need industry experience, but you must be comfortable working with tools and getting stuck into practical problems.
