About the role

As a New Car Sales Consultant at Darryl Twitt Motors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of new vehicles. This rapid-paced, full-time role is based in our Shepparton, VIC location. You will play a key part in achieving the company's sales targets and growing our customer base.

What you'll be doing

1. Engaging with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences

2. Demonstrating and presenting new vehicles to customers, highlighting key features and advantages

3. Negotiating sales and finalising transactions, ensuring a smooth purchase experience

4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities

5. Collaborating with the broader sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets

6. Providing outstanding after-sales support and customer follow-up

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

Excellent product knowledge and the ability to present features and benefits effectively

4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service

5. Passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to providing the best customer experience

6. A valid driver's licence and the ability to demonstrate vehicles
