No beauty experience? No problem. We'll train you to become a Cosmetic Teeth Whitening Technician while giving you the opportunity to grow your skills across customer service, content creation and the beauty industry.

This is far more than a reception role. You'll become part of two established beauty brands, working across customer service, professional teeth whitening, content creation and clinic operations while receiving ongoing training and opportunities to develop your skills within the beauty industry.

The Teeth Whitener and The Glow Corner operate together from our boutique clinic in Subiaco. For over six years, we've built a loyal client base and earned hundreds of five-star Google reviews by delivering exceptional service and results.

Working across both brands, you'll gain exposure to a diverse range of premium treatments including advanced skin treatments, body sculpting, massage, brows, lashes, wellness therapies and professional teeth whitening—all while learning from experienced Beauty Therapists in a supportive team environment.

About the Role

As our Customer Experience & Content Creator, you'll play an important role in creating exceptional experiences for every client while supporting the day-to-day operation of our clinic.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Performing professional cosmetic teeth whitening treatments (full training provided)

- Welcoming and caring for clients from arrival through to departure

- Managing bookings, enquiries and client communications

- Creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok

- Assisting with social media and marketing

- Supporting the day-to-day running of the clinic

- Maintaining exceptional presentation and cleanliness throughout the clinic

- Assisting our Beauty Therapists where required

- General administration duties

About You

You'll be someone who genuinely loves helping people and wants to build a career in the beauty industry.





Essential

- Previous customer service, retail or hospitality experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong computer skills and confidence learning new software

- A professional presentation and excellent attention to detail

- A genuine passion for beauty, skincare and wellness

- Reliable, motivated and able to work independently

Highly Regarded

- Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook or TikTok

- Canva, CapCut or basic photo/video editing skills

- Previous beauty, aesthetics or dental experience (not essential)

Hours & Availability

- Casual position (approximately 2–3 days per week)

- Must be available to work evening and Saturday shifts

- Opportunity for additional hours during busy periods, including Christmas, and to cover staff leave

- Potential for increased hours as the business continues to grow
