Goodline is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Electrical Superintendent to join our Port Hedland Operations team.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will provide leadership and oversight of our Electrical and Refrigeration division, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. This is a key operational leadership position responsible for managing personnel, client relationships, quality assurance, compliance and project performance across a diverse portfolio of maintenance and construction activities.
You will be supported by an experienced engineering and supervision team while playing a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and business growth within the Pilbara region.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Electrical and Refrigeration teams across multiple projects and work scopes
- Ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with client requirements
- Provide leadership,
mentoring and support to supervisors and field personnel
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and act as a key representative of the business
- Manage workforce planning, resource allocation and operational performance
- Promote a solid safety culture aligned with Goodline's values and expectations
About You
- Proven leadership experience within electrical maintenance, construction or mining operations
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems within mining, industrial and commercial environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage operational performance
- Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving abilities
- Electrical Trade Qualification & Current WA Electrical Licence
