We require an experienced hands on workshop supervisor (mechanical fitter) to join our team based in our Maddington Workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule, plan, and perform all maintenance activities on all mobile and crushing equipment (Finlay, Metso, Powerscreen, Komatsu, McCloskey, Kleemann, CAT, Cummins Generators )

- Conduct site visits throughout the Pilbara and South West

- Monitor and maintain stock levels

- Diagnoses faults on crushers, engines, transmissions, hydraulic and electrical systems

- Supervise and lead a maintenance team, including apprentices

- Ensuring protected work procedures and practises are in place and adhered to

- Daily housekeeping

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone with strong technical expertise and proven leadership, including:

- Trade Certificate (Australian Standard)

- Must hold appropriate working rights and reside in the Perth Metropolitan Area due to location of the position.

- Valid Driver's Licence is Essential

- Proven experience in a supervisor role,



within heavy machinery (Crushing and Screening Equipment)

- Hands-on experience with repairs and maintenance of mechanical equipment

- Excellent organisation and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
