Altitude is seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager - Business & Tax Advisory for a global professional services firm based in Perth, WA.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide tax and accounting advice to a diverse portfolio of private businesses, family groups, trusts, partnerships, and listed entities.Deliver a mix of tax compliance, accounting compliance, and business advisory services for middle-market clients.Build strong client relationships by managing engagements, attending client meetings, and presenting alongside senior leaders.Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to their ongoing professional development.Manage multiple client engagements while delivering high-quality outcomes within deadlines.




Key Requirements:
Proven experience at Manager level or ready to step into a Manager position.Strong technical capability across financial statements, tax returns, Division 7A, FBT, and CGT.Experience working with private businesses and family groups.Ability to manage multiple client engagements and competing deadlines.Completed CA/CPA (or equivalent qualification), with experience in Australian public practice (business services/tax). Experience within a mid-tier or large accounting firm will be highly regarded.
